Vulpi Pty Ltd aims to deliver your hunting equipment safely and efficiently. This policy covers shipping within Australia and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Peak periods may cause delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

• Australia:
• Standard shipping: $10.
• Express: $15 .
• Delivery: 2-7 business days via Australia Post.
• International: Rates calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Delivery: 7-21 business days. Duties/taxes are your responsibility.
• Oversized/heavy items (e.g., products over certain weights): May incur extra fees; no PO Box delivery.

3. Tracking

Tracking numbers for orders can be provided upon request.

4. Delivery Address

Provide a physical address (no PO Boxes for large items). We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.

5. Authority to Leave

Shipments default to Authority to Leave (ATL). Request signature delivery for an extra fee.

6. Delays and Lost Items

We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues). If lost, contact us within 7 days for investigation.

7. International Shipping

Customs delays/fees are your responsibility. We ship via standard/express services.
