Returns Policy-

At Vulpi Pty Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our process for returns. It applies to all products.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product:
- Is faulty or damaged.
- Does not match the description or sample.
- Is not fit for its intended purpose.
For major faults, you can choose a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we may repair or replace the item.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including wrong size, colour, or preference. Please choose carefully.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos/videos.
- We will assess and, if approved, arrange a return label or reimburse shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
4. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels intact.
- Include proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the fault is ours.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if the item is not resalable (does not apply to faulty items).
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or altered products.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Clearance/sale items (unless faulty).
6. Process
Email sales@vulpi.com.au with your order number and details. Do not return items without approval. The return address will be provided upon approval.
7. Refunds
Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless we are at fault. Processing may take 5-10 business days.

Product Warranty
Effective Date: January 06, 2026
Vulpi Pty Ltd stands behind the quality of our hunting equipment, including our hunting knives and future products. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the purchase date. This covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. What Is Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., improper use of knives, improper sharpening of knives etc).
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs.
- Cosmetic damage.
3. ACL Rights
Under ACL, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match descriptions. For major faults, choose refund/replacement; for minor, we repair/replace.
4. Claim Process
- Contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase, description, and photos.
- We may require return for inspection (shipping at our cost if approved).
- If valid, we'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
5. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products have additional manufacturer warranties; contact us for details.
6. Limitations
Warranty is non-transferable. We are not liable for consequential losses.
